b>Setting up the default email address to collect left messages and chat transcripts
- Login as Admin into Awebdesk Live Chat Software->Click on "Operators" ->“Departments” on Left Side Menu.
- Now click on edit department icon and go to “Email Settings”.
- Make “Yes” choice for Email Transcripts to Department
- You can also set this for other departments by checking “also copy this update to all departments”
- Click on “Update Settings”
- That's It. Now onwards you will recieve chat transcripts direct into email address you assigned for department.
